Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dexa.software (the “Service”), operated by Dexa (“Dexa”, “we”, “us”). Dexa is in an early MVP phase. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Dexa is

Dexa is a platform where independent builders publish software (apps, web apps, scripts, Claude skills, and browser extensions) and where users can discover and download it. Dexa hosts and displays these listings, but we do not create the software published by builders.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Publish or upload malware, or anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
  • Infringe anyone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
  • Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
  • Abuse other users, or spam or manipulate ratings and reviews.

If you publish on Dexa

  • You confirm that you own, or have the right to distribute, everything you publish.
  • You remain responsible for your software, including that it works as described and is safe.
  • You grant Dexa permission to host, display, and distribute your listings and content so we can run the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your listings accurate and up to date.

Downloads are at your own risk

Dexa is in an MVP phase. Listings are not reviewed or scanned for malware. Software on Dexa is created by independent third parties, not by Dexa. You download and run it at your own discretion and risk. Please review who made something before you install it.

No warranty

The Service and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any software on Dexa is safe or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or of any software downloaded through it.

Removing content and accounts

We may remove any listing, content, or account that violates these Terms, or that we reasonably believe is harmful, at our discretion.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Dexa grows. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
